Our butcher shop is honored to be working with thoughtful farmers that share our beliefs and desires for a better food system. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished from Hardwick Beef, pork is pasture raised and acorn-fed from Walden Hill in CT and our chickens are free range sourced from local farms. Our “nose-to-tail” philosophy can occasionally cause us to sell out of the more popular cuts, but we’re always happy to recommend a delicious substitute.
